Because each ring is custom designed in house and created after you place your order, it takes between 2 and 5 business days to be made. Then depending on the shipping you select, it takes between 1 and 5 business days to reach you.

I Need To Ship Outside the USA. How Long Does It Take And How Much?

We do ship to over 80 countries throughout the world. It normally takes 5-14 business days for delivery depending on the country it is being shipped to. We do offer even faster options though as well. The main reason is due to the customs in your country. Any customs fees or taxes are your responsibility. We do not pay them, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

I See You Offer Synthetic Alexadrite. What Does That Mean?

Due to the high cost of natural Alexandrite, we also offer the option of purchasing a synthetic Alexandrite. Chatham brand synthetic Alexandrite is what we offer. It has the same chemical and physical color change properties as the natural, but was made in a controlled lab environment.

Do You Have A Return Policy?

We make every ring from scratch from the moment you order. With any sterling silver or gold items, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Must be in original condition and show no designs of wear. You will not be refunded the actual shipping costs and it will be your responsibility to ship it back to us. We highly recommend insured shipping. With any engraved or platinum items, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping costs. Again, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with no signs of wear and in original condition.

What is Your Warranty?

We offer a 6 month warranty on all craftsmanship. We will replace missing stones as long as the condition of the mounting does not indicate that the loss was from damage to the gold.

What Should I Ship My Order Back Inf If I Need To Return It?

It is best to send your return back in the box you received but you can also use a bubble or padded envelope. *Please note: Please do not send anything loose in an envelope. Paper envelopes will rip during postal processing. We are not responsible for envelopes or packages received without product.

Why hasn’t my refund been reflected on my (bank, credit card, etc.) account?

Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some cards, depending on the bank, can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to be reflected. Check with your card company to be sure they have received the refund.
